Grape variety : black 100 % Gamay with  white juice 
Pruning : very short (goblet pruning)

 

VINIFICATION MATURATION
Manually harvested at the end of September 
Semi-carbonic maceration 6 days whole cluster in cement and stainless steel tanks before pressing 
Wine making under temperature controls 
Regulated alcoholic fermentation residual sugar < 1g alcoholic strength:13°
Malolactic fermentation, the wine reached its final composition 
We let the wine mature (6-8 months) in tanks 
First Bottling at the beginning of spring 

 

TASTING NOTES 
APPEARANCE : Dress red 
NOSE: red fruits, black fruits 
PALATE: Harmonious, supple 
TYPE: dry red wine – Less than 1g residual sugar/litre
